Sharpening a KnifeGet the answers to all of your knife FAQs: why so sharp? isn’t it more dangerous? should i put my knives in the dishwasher?

This workshop will cover knife sharpening for all occasions: kitchen, pocket, machetes, swords, they all follow the same principles!!  Learn now to put a basic edge to a knife, what makes a good knife and how to sharpen at home easily and inexpensively. You’ll also learn care and maintenance of your knives, and proper cutting techniques when it comes to cooking.

Bring your own knife or knives, and a sharpening steel or whetstone if you have one. (We’ll have some there for you to practice with if you don’t have your own.)

Instructor Bio: My name’s Luke Postal. I’m gonna try and get people cutting faster, cutting more and cutting clean without any loss of personal blood.
